Our Process

The sourcing process is crucial in identifying and hiring top talent for any position within your company. Understanding the sourcing process will help you stay ahead of requests, so you don’t find yourself scrambling. Here is what our general sourcing process looks like.

Step 1. The Job Description

If you already have the job description, that's great, and we can get it started. If not, don't worry; our team is here to assist you in creating one. Our team will communicate closely with managers, department heads, and hiring officers during this step. Ultimately, they will produce a detailed job description.

Step 2. Candidate Persona

Beyond the job description, our team will work with you to understand the persona of the individual who will succeed in this role and department. Start by shooting for the stars. What is the dream candidate for this role? What will they bring to the table? What will previous experience allow them to excel in the job? We also consider the corporate culture, so you know what kind of personality will fit in best with the existing team.

Step 3. Source the Best Candidates

We search social networking sites, various job boards, and our database of more than a million candidates on your requirements. We continuously look for candidates with the right skills and keep them engaged.

Step 4. Contact Candidates

Our goal of initial contact is to get basic information from potential candidates that will help recruiters to make a quick decision on the next step with the candidate. After collecting the required information, we pass the candidates to the recruiter to save the recruiter time.
